EAP: Emergency Action Plan Information

CANCELLATIONS: From time to time, there will be some situations in which practices or games must be canceled. Our top priority is to ensure the safety of everyone. In most cases, coaches will let teams know in advance if practices or games are canceled.

 

• Lightning: We will cancel practices when thunder can be heard from fields or lightning is reported within 6 miles. 

• Air Quality: Youth will not practice or play when air quality is in the orange range or worse.  Air quality is monitored daily. Should we be scheduled to play a game at another location, we also check the air quality at that location. Air Quality Chart
